Climate Solutions for All is a strategic climate finance platform that designs and scales public–private financing models in complex and volatile geopolitical contexts. We work at the intersection of governments, private sector, markets, and institutions to mobilize capital and structure innovative climate finance solutions connecting Africa, Asia, and Latin America with global capital markets.
Our Strategic Focus

Public–Private Climate Finance Architecture
Design and scaling of public–private climate finance models adapted to geopolitical volatility and institutional constraints. CS4A works with governments and partners to structure financing solutions that align public objectives, private capital, and risk-sharing mechanisms across emerging and developing economies, enabling climate action at scale in complex operating environments.

Carbon and Results-Based Finance Systems
Structuring carbon market mechanisms and results-based finance systems to mobilize co-financing and unlock additional capital. This includes the strategic use of carbon credits, performance-based payments, and blended finance structures to support scalable mitigation and adaptation outcomes across multiple regions.

Capital Mobilization and Market Alignment
Mobilization and alignment of public and private capital through strategic partnerships with governments, donors, financial institutions, and market actors. CS4A focuses on aligning incentives, governance arrangements, and decision-making frameworks to enable coherent and investable climate finance pathways.

Sustainable Debt and Nature-Based Finance
Design and structuring of sustainable debt solutions, including debt-for-nature and debt-for-climate transactions, to support national climate and conservation priorities. This work focuses on integrating climate and biodiversity objectives into national debt and financing strategies, creating fiscal space for long-term resilience.

Real Impact at Scale

Indonesia: Carbon Market Readiness & Project Aggregation
Design and support of a carbon market readiness and project aggregation platform enabling land-use, blue carbon, and energy projects to access international carbon markets. The approach aggregates smaller initiatives, aligns MRV with global standards, and connects public frameworks with private buyers to reduce transaction costs and scale impact.
Tanzania: Results-Based Finance for Clean Energy Access
Design of a results-based finance mechanism linking donor and private capital to verified energy access outcomes for households and small businesses. Payments are tied to performance, enabling risk-sharing between public and private actors and supporting scalable, cost-effective expansion of clean energy access.
Mexico: Blended Finance for Climate-Resilient Agriculture
Structuring of a blended finance facility combining public guarantees, private capital, and results-based mechanisms to support climate-resilient agricultural value chains. The model integrates adaptation outcomes, productivity gains, and market access for SMEs, leveraging co-financing to scale resilient practices.
